1st off who tf is 1350?.. ik someone's gonna say me. To that I respond: leave your house. You don't really expect us to put ourselves though this do you? For 1 weapon nontheless.
What happened to 10 under, no revives, and new mechanics. You guys had the formula and threw it in the trash.
Edit: It's not about it being hard. Hell, most of us were looking forward to a challenge. It's about locking content behind a power cap, most of us will never reach.

1 답변I wish it was like 1340 and maybe have like a collective pool of three total revives per encounter. Maybe less leveling needed, but also less deaths allowed

1 답변Destiny Community: We want more mechanics. Bungie: Okay, let's introduce mechanics into the Destiny 2 raids. Destiny Community: WHY ARE THERE SO MANY MECHANICS. We are just going to cheese the mechanics (ie Deaths in Throne Room for Calus, Greed refresh for Spire, Riven Cheese, OOB glitch in SotP, Sparrow glitch and Atraks-1 glitch in DSC, Prometheus Lens glitch and Atheon cheese in VOG) Destiny Community: These raids are easy again, make them harder. Bungie: Well, you apparently don't like more mechanics, so let's up the power level. Destiny Community: THIS IS ARTIFICIAL DIFFICULTY, ACTUALLY INCLUDE MECHANICS! Did I get that right? Hard Mode raids in D1 were a joke, yes, they had slightly different mechanics compared to normal, but they were a breeze. Let's just compare D1 VOG to D2 VOG. That alone added more mechanics changes than any D1 Hard Mode raid ever did. Actually think about some of the Hard Mode mechanics that were introduced in D1. Let's look at King's Fall (because don't forget, this was the first D1 raid to actually add new mechanics that had any sort of impact on gameplay): 1. Jumpships: No longer has a checkpoint halfway through the Jumpships, most people completely forgot about this as the Jumpships was easy to do first try anyway. 2. Totems: More Major Knights. Yes, changing the difficulty of adds was what they did even in D1. 3. Warpriest: Boss gains abilities after destroying each Monolith. These abilities are pretty negligible given how the encounter plays out. 4. Golgoroth: More cursed thralls (yes, more adds), and Unstable Light. Unstable Light is actually a really good type of mechanic to add for Hard Raids. If only VOG had some type of... Imminent Detainment mechanic or something like that. 5. Daughters: Hymn starts immediately, meaning you need to go quicker on the second damage phase, which is honestly easier as you can get the encounter done quicker. 6. Oryx: Lighteater Knights are added (yes, even more adds) Have you noticed that most of the changes to the raid were adding adds or increasing the difficulty of adds. Almost like that's exactly what was added in Master VOG. Yes, D1 Hard Mode raids had zero revives, but the raids were cake, so there was literally no reason anyone should be dying. Any questions?

4 답변
What happened to 10 under, no revives, and new mechanics.
Old designers left, new designers came in I imagine. Guess they didn’t like the old way that was working perfectly fine and wanted to make it their own. Some game designers just love to make things complicated.

2 답변This isn’t meant to replace the original raid for a lot of people. This is just for those that find current raids too easy. Not everyone is progressing at the same rate, that’s why we have options

Gotta go get your Timelost weapons…. To replace the god rolls you already have… that take super cool Adept mods which are all ass except in PVP and 1 in PVE on Vorpal weapons lol Bungie will do anything draw out the content

4 답변Apparently in another post there's a bunch of people 1340+ with jobs and families Idk how

6 답변They dont expect anyone to be 1350. The level of the activity is placed high so that most people have to play the activity at a power disadvantage, in order to make it hard... obviously. It is designed assuming that you are at 1330/40 which is a 10-20 power disadvantage, the same as the contest modifier which works perfectly fine as intended.

I agree GMNF used to be hard, now it's a nightmare. I won't be doing anymore of these this season. This stupid cap really blows and the rewards are kinda lame. Overloads are broken and using hand cannon or submachine guns to stun take wayyyyyy too long. And even when you do stun them they either ignore it and one shot you or they jump around the map mocking you.

11 답변Don't bother this week anyway. It's only the rocket you can get this week. Just my opinion.

4 답변I'm 1344 on 3 of my characters. But I have zero incentive to beat this. WTF for? Another 10 Vision of Confluences or Shotgunss or Machine guns? Still don't have a single Fate Bringer or Mythoclast, so it, like many other RNG activities, are a waste of time.

7 답변You realize this is basically the GM mode but for a raid? 1350 is what GM’s are set at. For GM’s it only gives you one weapon of the set. At least you can grind out the weapon using spoils after you obtain 1.

Admit it feels sooo so good to grind a level over and over again and in the end, end up with junk! I wonder why Bungie does not ju sell the best gear in Ever-Worse So much headache could go away. You want a new rolled helmet, not a problem, 10$ 50$ for a complete really good set for PVE! I'll take it!
