It's weird how someone can keep their job after being exposed destroying someone elses property during work hours. I would only care that I got my package and in good condition, driving and placing a package on the ground should be the bare minumum customer service there.

The entire industry is trash and is not built to foster, retain, and in many occurrences even bother to train their employees. So this is a bit of a fleeting fantasy, but your only hope is getting a good courier. And hope they stay attached to the route you live on.
