*We’re competent in testing, look at Crash Propagation* * PS5 users have to re-download the game repeatedly*
Title. As all of you, there are things I can do besides play a game console. Alas, this is not life threatening.
But given the latest engineering blog post, I don’t understand why PS5 users are still expected to manage complete game failures via archaic means.
This has happened on my PS5 more than once. Swapping drives and re-downloading a WHOLE game just lessens the life of our machines.
As a software engineer, what fault/bug could possibly require a program to be completely re-installed?
As hinted in the title, I was just reading the latest blog post on Crash Propagation. Fun stuff, but where is THAT competence on THIS issue?
This should be a top priority for that segment of users (ex: those on PS5). New content is worthless if we can’t play it.
