We as a community need to cut this toxicity out
First off this isnt about bungie and the comments towards stasis and pvp and all that stuff, I do think that the criticisms there are valid and even some of the frustration
What I’m talking about is being nicer to eachother as players like stop trying to start arguments with everyone on the forums if you dont like the game or someones take on it just leave it
In game can we knock the whole t-bagging thing on the head we’ve got emotes tbf
After match messaging. if you do this sorta stuff you’re toxic, why go out of your way to remind that blueberry with the .7 kd that he’s trash or moaning at someone using jotunn, there’s just no need
Tldr: we as players need to do better as toxicity is just as big an issue as stasis, pvp issues and anti cheat and contributes to a declining population in the playerbase it’s also the second biggest reason (after stasis) that nobody wants to play trials

There are going to be all kinds of opinions about the game and players on the forum. I get a lot of attention and sometimes I get that special attention to where some can be called a stalker because they don't like how I express my opinion about the company and their deliberate poor actions. The way I look at it if Bungie is still playing the same childish games with the player base and they don't plan on changing, how can you or Bungie expect anyone on this forum or anywhere to even want to change? Bungie is as much at fault as the community if not more pining the community against one another. Hell, PvP is the worst when it comes to toxic players and it's kind of funny watching some of them arguing that "my class is better than yours". Then there is the PC versus Console that is a whole different world. Yeah, just the 2 things I just mentioned? Good luck when it comes to that 😄

in most games I play I often just say "Keep cool, there's always other stuff to get frustrated over." It's not that Destiny is the worst, the loot drops are worth the time you put into it, but the game is held together by duct tape and hope. And it's been that way for almost 7 years. Can't say it's the solution for everything, this morning I had to run a lost sector 12 times without an exotic leg drop, so I laughed it off. How can I stay mad at a game where I'm just tripping on so much loot around me.

1 답변Gotta agree with you, everyone's entitled to an opinion on the state of the game but the second someone disagrees with you the toxicity starts to flow, I disagree with everyone that wants stasis removing. I agree it's broken the crucible though, no abilities should freeze, also 120 he's should be toned down, but you can't say those things without serious blowback. It's pretty sad that bungie avoids it's own forums butI can see why. No one should have to put up with the level.of abuse people dish out here, I know I don't at my job. I just put the phone down or walk away. People really only have themselves to blame for being ignored. Could bungie do better at communicating sometimes, yes. Does that mean you get to a colossal ass when they don't, no. And to people who complain stasis is ruining things then telling others to play another game when their toxic attitude is called out, take your own advice

It’s only toxic due to people becoming irritable and frustrated with this game and the direction it’s heading. So if you don’t want any more people being toxic then either try to convince the devs to stop circle jerking us or go to a different game

1 답변I sent someone a GG message the other day after the other team made a huge comeback in gambit. Teebaging is a sign of frustration. Bungie had pretty much-ruined PVP and I don't see that changing any time soon. It's only going to get more toxic. Also, the toxic level is an indication that the grind level is out of alignment.

2 답변I get your point and bad communities can definitely kill a game, but this is bungie. -Bungie created/popularized teabagging via Halo, it's going to happen and can be a good mental trick to affect enemy players in PvP. -Bungie constantly seems to anger it's fanbase. A trip down memory lane of a few heated arguments: Sunsetting, Transmog, PVP, Stasis, DCV, Extreme Free to play/Season pass/Expansion/Cookbook monetization (lol) -Bungie does little to help with real harassment/cheating, they are quick to take a stand on real world issues, but non-existent in their current in-game system of player protection. Overall if someone is harassing you it's best to ignore them. It would be wise for the community to remember that this game is rated T and we should probably always be polite... But also: "Online interactions is not rated by the ESRB"

Are you all enjoying this brand new season loaded with all the exciting new I mean recycled content? Wasn't it exciting seeing all your previous progress wiped out and reset back to Zero? How's that Shiny little pathetic artifact loaded with lots of poorly thought out modifications designed by streamers to force us to play their way going? I mean isn't it just wonderful knowing that your going to be wasting hours and hours of your life grinding away at the same old boring content, wasting time in the same old dumb lost sectors, playing the same old lag infested CBMM pile of horse sheit known as Cruc-A-Crap just so you can add points to it. Are you enjoying shooting the same old boring twitchy little bugged out Captains?. How's the Transmog grind going or have you just decided to waste all your little dollars buying stupid pointless useless crap just to look pretty?
