The only other thing and its the dumbest possibility is that you attempted crossave and choose your main account because you didn't read and crossave deactivates the inactive characters if its not this then you are just a really bad scammer either way its pretty dumb if it was a recov, an honest mistake if its crossave, or borderline stupid if you're trying to scam.
