As I was invading the enemy team in Gambit, I managed to get a melee trade kill with a hunter activating Silence & Squall. I was returned from invasion just as the hunter's kill on me took affect, so my ghost was on my team's map. The bug here is that the freezing whirlwind of the Silence & Squall seemed to travel with me, as it made the final crackling sound when it creates this area of effect as I was transported back to my map, dead. The whirlwind acted normally, and did actually get a kill on a teammate, which also healed our team's primeval. I doubt this is supposed to happen.
