HI, I was trying to get the chosen title before the end of this season so I can purchase the seal and I believe to have encountered an issue with the all the scattered pieces triumph. I have completed week 1 and 2 scannables and have unlocked the relevant triumphs. When I went to run Presage this past reset and scanned all the scannables for the final week, I was not awarded with the triumph. I'm not sure what is wrong or what I am missing :( Hopefully somebody can help!
