Ah so you agree. Even within TLW intended range the bullets ghost and if you get hit with slow debuff you aren’t hitting anything.

I definitely agree that DMT is better outside the intended range of TLW. But inside it there is no competition - TLW should win every time. Slow is a completely different topic. The accuracy penalties it has need to be removed completely and I think they will in the future.
