25 답변Because I’m newish (and unique perspectives) or maybe just missing something? What did Varik’s hide from Shadow? Was he lying or just omitting? Just asking because that has been a “reason” of toxic people irl to not take responsibility for their choices and to not be honest “But I do still love you!” It’s BS. It’s easier to lie with words, it’s much harder to lie with actions. (Just don’t want Shadow getting betrayed 😊) And I hope Glitch stays safe.

Already Eramis' poison tries to corrupt even the most loyal of trusts... He's right, Shadow is more intelligent than she is given credit for. For one thing, she can keep up with Variks, who himself is a very smart Eliksni.
