Aggressive frame shotguns like Felwinters and Astral Horizon need more nerfs then just Quickdraw being taken away. A bigger penalty to accuracy for movements like sliding, jumping, etc. when using them should be added.

I strongly disagree. Removing quickdraw immediately makes the player have to make a choice between handling or range. They can no longer have both. And without handling, they either have to commit to their primary, commit to their shotty, or use a non-aggressive frame.
Removing quickdraw makes the player have to make a choice, rather than the game making the choice for the player.
Nerfing them directly for a FOURTH time would just be another case of the game making the choice for the player. This time, it would be to se another shotguns.
