Check all of your characters and the vault, in game. If it doesn't turn up, Bungie will not replace it.

Yeah I figured. I’m an adult and not some troll looking for a free copy but they (Bungie) does need to know if there is an issue. I have checked all characters and use light.gg which shows all items regardless of location. I now only have two copies of Hawkmoon, the original and one with the masterwork and random roll. The other was replaced. I certainly did not dismantle it accidentally. Just hoping it gets checked into to prevent this from happening again to anyone else.
