Bungie, majority of Destiny players love the world that has been created. We love to explore and learn more about this Universe, and I personally wanna feel immersed in the story. But I can't feel that, and it makes me sad that I can't. The Tangled Shore is supposed to be a lawless frontier, but it just feels like every other location, to take an example. Everything just feels very...bland, for such an immersive world. There are stories specific to each class, but there are no class specific quests. As Guardians we protect the Last City, but we don't get to visit it at all, and just glance it from the tower.
It won't require much R&D. Just more storytelling and a little more immersion. Destiny already has 'the feels' part locked down for me, but just a little more would be the icing on top.

7 답변작성자: Jai_Ex 3/17/2021 8:25:34 AMIdk man, this game has been losing that "feels" part since shadowkeep. The story sucks and is inconsistent, they took away every activity that was fun, the holiday activities are straight up lazy, the destinations are getting more and more boring, weapons and armor aren't cool anymore, quests feel repetitive and lazy, they reuse a lot of content, and sell it as "new". This game is lame cause it doesn't know what it wants. They need to reevaluate everything, and come back when they're ready. After 6 years, idk how much stress I can take😩. Cause honestly, there are some people here who come up with better ideas than the creators themselves.🤦🏾♂️

I’m just tired of us always being subservient to Zavala and the Vanguard as well as acting like the Cabal are this persistent threat. We have shit on them over and over and over. Just like the hive, just like the fallen. But there is some whole plot around around Calus sister being a threat. Like dude...we shit on your emperor, the other tough guy you had as well. We shit on Oryx in D1 who owned you. It just doesn’t seem believable. Destiny needs to switch to exploring now A la monster Hunter rather than this persistent threat from the same enemies that we have literally been farming from a story standpoint for years.

5 답변Having personal quarters to display achievements would go a long way to doing this. And more actually side quests not main story quests. Or more discovery associated with things like Lost Sectors.

1 답변Space magic makes the game fun. You like little short jumps? Go find a game that makes you feel more like a normal human. I'm sure most of us play destiny to use space magic....

12 답변작성자: Swiftlock 3/17/2021 4:19:25 PMYeah, when you tuck most of the good lore in text boxes and external websites instead of cutscenes and in-game character interactions, this is usually what happens.

The problem is that no matter how much the narrative or in-game timeline advances, the actual game world never reflects it. I mean, we first stepped foot in the cosmodrome 8 years ago and it’s still exactly the same as it was then. No indication that we’ve pacified it of enemies or begun to reclaim it. The same number of the same enemies still spawn from the same places that they always did. Same goes for every other location in the game. It’s a static, and sterile, game world so there’s no sense of immersion or attachment. Every location just feels like an arbitrary arena to tick off bounty or quest requirements, the only discerning factor being different texture overlays and color palettes.

Maybe it's because I've been playing a little Monster Hunter lately but I think it'd be cool to see some more creatures roaming around. Maybe an exotic quest where we hunt down some kind of snow creature on Europa that's terrorizing everyone. We could use its corpse to forge a stasis based sword or something. At this point I'd really just like to see a little more creativity out of the team.

1 답변작성자: Ferus Lux 3/17/2021 11:33:56 PMWhat specifically are you asking for? For Destiny to feel like Skyrim? Destiny is a looter shooter and I personally find the world very immersive. This isnt skyrim or Fallout. Theres only so much you can do for immersion with this genre of game. I'm curious what suggestions you have in mind because Bungie can barely push out seasons and balance changes regularly...

3 답변Real? how about more like make it feel alive because it's been dead for almost a year now, and adding more to whatever when it comes to the story won't help it either. When you have a boring director that has boring ideas because of his past boring whatever, you end up having a boring game. I don't care what anyone says, Luke Smith is the most boring director any gaming company has ever had.

작성자: Double07 3/17/2021 11:55:00 PMThere needs to be more story missions. Ones that are actually replayable and are more memorable than the adventures Bungie had to offer. Also, it almost feels like nothing happened on those plantery destinations in these four years. Like the same enemies as we fought in vanilla still exist and not a lot of new enemy encounters were added.

If the Destiny world was real, Ikora would be in the front lines, making Saladin look like a limp sardine. I truly hope Ikora gets to be involved in the storyline. One Nova bomb from that woman and it's back to sipping margaritas with the Stranger on Europa or with Omnigul, America's Next Top Model.

10 답변
Make the Destiny world feel more real, please!
Destiny world?... They say Destiny world is an "Evolving World!" We went from D1 to D2, then "Evolved" back to D1 again!😂😂😂 Even the D1 strike bosses are evolving!😂😂😂 Wait for D1 VoG...here in D2!...Evolving!!! 😂😂😂 Old world made new, but still old. Cosmodrome incomplete parity. Because Evolution!!! 😂😂😂 Your D2 guns are also evolving into D1 guns! Because Evolving World! Such a nice ring to it, huh?...It's the new millennium of videogame creativity. An "Evolving World!" Sounds so futuristic gaming design. All it is about is gutting old content so you can recycle much older 6 year old content while they EVOLVE into focusing with other projects! D1 evolves to D2 evolves to D1! Calls it "Evolving World!" 😂😂😂 LOGIC! 💩!
