Can I transfer data (characters) from a psn account to another psn account?

So I have an old psn account and I don’t want to use it Is there a way to transfer my characters to the current psn account that I’m using right now. note: sorry for my English it isn’t my native language

You cannot. Your save data is tied to the specific platform account it was created on. It cannot be moved outright to another platform account at this time.
