Hi, as you can see in the image linked, i got banned from matchmaking activities 2 weeks ago. I am almost sure the reason behind it was my internet. At that time i always disconnected 1-2 games a day, since i played on bad WiFi. But since i have fixed the problem now, by getting myself an ethernet cable, i don't see a reason to keep me banned forever if that's the case. I read online the ban should last 2 weeks, since i never got a notification with how long it will be for myself, but i still am not un-banned. I can still do all pve stuff, but i almost only play gambit in this game, since it is my favorite gamemode, not being able to play that is a big problem for me. Do any of you know how long such a ban lasts? I have thousands of hours invested in the game, and i'd prefer it if i wouldn't have to start all over to play gambit.
