How can trials/pvp improve? Here are my thoughts and I'd like to hear yours!

For matchmaking, a checklist should made for it where only one really matters but it has 3. 1 ~ which is most important, connection based matchmaking i.e. less than 60 ping. Personally I haven't seen a lot of laggy people in pvp but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. It can often determine a vital point in a match. Also bring back the signal strength meter on people in the lobby so we can see who the laggy one is. 2 ~ combat rating, should be as close as possible with a 50 point buffer(either higher or lower) the player with the highest combat rating should be chosen for this part of the matchmaking. 3 ~ number of wins on the card, should be the least vital to matchmaking to keep weaker players from playing top 5% players. If it can be done then fine but if it would pit average players with top tier stacked teams then it should be thrown out the window. All 3 should be in consideration but connection based matchmaking is most important. The concept of win based match making is great on paper but in practice it has drove 50% of ToO players to win-trade and others to either cheat or pay for recovery services. To keep players from farming one wins to progress flawless title these conditions should be put in place. To refresh a card you must have either have 3 wins or 1 loss on the card. My other reasoning for this is with the amount of games I've played and others word of mouth, most teams get to 3 wins before losing their mercy and prefer to reset the card than to keep playing. To help incentivize players to play trials no matter the where they are on the card, increase the token drops from 1 to 3 for wins and 0 to 1 for losses. Adding in a bounty that grants loot for 5th win is also helpful. What about recov accounts you may ask? well my hypothesis is with these changes put into place players would be less inclined to pay 45$ for trials loot if there is a much better chance to just do it yourself. Will this shutdown recovery services? No but it will bring it down to level where you shouldn't have very tough games in the earlier stages in the card i.e. 1-4. What about cheaters? Unfortunately Bungie still has not disclosed any information on how the anti-cheat software is evolving or why exactly increasing game security staffing will affect cheaters. My personal thought on what anti-cheat bungie is using is an algorithm that flags players with a high kill counts in a match and then those statistics are reviewed by a bungie staff member to discern whether this person is cheating or not.
