They are the best example anyone can give about imbalance in the game. How they under perform in every way, nerfed the fastest in the brief moments they over perform, yet titans and hunters can go years without any significant changes.

Oh you mean you didn't notice how nova warp ceased to exist after a month or how shadebinder was hit so drastically after only days after it's release? Meanwhile 1 eyed mask was untouched for an entire year and even after they touched it, they barely ticked it? How they're just now really addressing hunter and titan stasis next season, while warlocks have been nerfed several times already? Gee how odd. ☻

Imma be real with you. From my own personal experience, I haven’t really seen about ~95% of the problems ppl tend to complain about. Like recluse/MT Ex: I didn’t earn recluse til way after the nerf and I could count the number of times I was killed by it (that I remember) on one hand. And I did fine in PvP back then w/out it. But I play on Xbox mostly. The way I see it, instead of certain ppl whining about weapons because they got killed by it they could’ve tried to develop counters. A streamer/yt posting about “meta-this” “op-that” has no bearing on my game but others apparently do. Once again, this is my own experience and there’s prob a lot of ppl that disagree and have more hours put in.

I also play on xbox and weapon balancing is an entirely different thing. (Love how you completely avoided the obvious class disparity though lmao ) They need to start over from the ground up. They need dedicated servers, a separate sandbox, a proper matchmaking system, and a real honest balance of power between all weapon archetypes and classes/subclasses. That way, metas would be far easier to control and play in for everyone.

You mentioned nothing about classes and went on about guns lmao but as long as bungie has a favorite class and favorite guns. There will never be true balance. You don't have to look very hard to see that majority of pvp is played by hunters and everyone is using handcannons and shotguns. Just like how everyone used gnawing hunger back in season of arrivals. Yeah sure there will be a few that will go against the grain for a quest or shits and giggles but looking at crucible as a whole, everyone is just sheep flocking to the current "op" things.

Ok now you’re just being pedantic. I used a single weapon as an example for the whole thing. I’m not about to list off every subclass perk weapon pro/con etc If you want to subvert a broader discussion to make it about your feeling on warlocks, I’m not doing that. ✌🏻

We're talking about balance in the crucible as a whole and I initially used the imbalance between the classes as an example and you took it a little out of context. This isn't about my "problem" with warlocks it's just the ever present example. What you said about recluse, I say the same about arbalest. I see people complaining on these forums all the time, yet I almost never come across people using it.
