Why is it only scrubs arguing against stasis nerfs in PvP?
Had bunch of chats with some lovely folks who really don't want to see stasis get nerfed.
Funny thing is that every single time I check their stats they are terrible at PvP. End of...they suck!
Even the top tier players using stasis acknowledge how broken it is in Crucible but the scrubs will argue till they are blue in the face that its just fine.
Just wanted to get that off my chest. I love the scrubs...honestly XX

1 답변작성자: livin like larry 2/24/2021 3:52:50 PMMost likely because the people you talked to struggle in pvp and are glad to feel accomplished by spamming abilities 🤷🏼♂️ The sad part is that it actually works, and stasis makes some bad players think they’re better than they actually are.

Titains do need a nerf to shorten how long the super lasts for. Hunters do need a slight adjustment. Warlocks I havent really used in pvp. I know someone will check my stats yes I'm a meat shield in pvp. I like scorched, mayhem and rift.

This isn't to say that your opinion on stasis doesnt matter if you suck. It's just... the target audience for the addition of stasis is clear. It obviously is supposed to be a way to level the playing field, punishing good gamesense and positioning and forgiving or even rewarding players who lack these skills. The hunter dodge aspect is a perfect example. If you overextend into a bad position and are overwhelmed or are at a disadvantage, you literally just dodge and anyone near you will become as close as it gets to being frozen without actually being frozen and if you follow up with a shuriken that bounces off of walls and pierces through people it will actually freeze them. Another is the titan slide. Being able to close such a wide gap so fast with one movement ability is clearly meant to make movement easier for people who lack the actual skill. When you can slide 20 feet in any direction in one motion, even the worst players will become extremely unpredictable.

12 답변I don’t disagree stasis needs adjusting but you’re using chaos reach / geomag, revoker and not forgotten - all of which can be considered cheap or OP in some way.
