While attempting to complete the Xenophage quest line, during The Journey (Pathfinder), the puzzle in K1 Crew Quarters will change a few times and then stop working. After resetting the sector the puzzle only responded to the first change before becoming unresponsive. Attempting to reset a second time (3rd attempt) the game froze and crashed. Attempting to return to the lost sector resulted in the game freezing and crashing. No error codes provided.
