I Found dead mans tale myself!
On PSN it is amazing how difficult it is find stuff without Rick kakis having his hours worth talk for himself while not getting to the point, I found the transmission in the arms dealer trying to get a amazing D1 hand cannon (AFC trying to sit on the toilet in piece) I came back and saw a door open that was never open before to find a boss and annoying gambit scorpions.Then after, killing the boss (and my teammates yelling at me) I found it!

1 답변I found it and soloed it, the horror atmosphere was great, but the boss battle was annoying especially with it glitching and teleporting on top of me doing that AOE slam that bounces and kills me when i hit the wall. At 1287 it was slightly more difficult but manageable by myself. What i absolutely hate is the timegating of the scanables. This is beyond ridiculous. Forcing us to replay missions because they artificially make it so we can't complete some steps. It's offensive how stupid they think we are.

1 답변Is it supposed to drop you the weapon after killing the boss ? Killed him looked at the dead guardian and waited for the timer to expire and nothing ? No other quest step either

29 답변It wasn’t that hard. Once you figure out the literally three mechanics it’s just a dumb maze. Set the bar higher before you set yourself up a solo celebration.

So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

I found it by accident, didn't know anything about it, went into the strike playlist, arms dealer was my first strike, after clearing the first area the other 2 guardians ran through to the new open area, and I ended up following them 😁

I had to look at a vid near the beginning for one thing I had a brain fart on. Did the rest on my own took about an hour and a little cause I'm also semi -blam!- and killed myself when the boss was 10%. Was a great mission!

You know what mate, good on you! I had the same experience, logged in today for an hour to run my 3 strikes for this week, got the Arms Dealer second and then I was like “this isn’t usually open” and had a genuine I MUST BE A GENIUS moment 😂 2 hours later and I got my Dead Mans Tale with my fireteam 👍 Overall, a great experience. Yeah it’s not overly hard to find the quest, or with a bit of care to complete the mission, but it still felt good, and I’ll definitely be running it more for my random rolls. For the first time in ages - good job Bungie 👍
