Xenophage puzzle not working
BUNGIE! Can we get this quest working right? I have tried Archers line numerous times and puzzle does not respond after one shot. VERY FRUSTRATING! If you cant get it working correctly should you maybe look at a different route to obtain the weapon. Very disappointed. Hope to hear something. Thanks.
Could not try today. Anyone know if the quest puzzles are still bugging?

Therefore, I had to deposit money into my account to buy all the equipment and pass this location.

K1 Communion is the one not working for me, I have done the other free with my explosive round night watch equipped and they went smoothly, just this one, I tried re-doing the lost sector and it didn't work, I also tried using a un-modded weapon, and it didn't work either

So here's a fix I noticed.. it works with the full equip of the Dreambane Amor and the Gnawing Hunger Auto Rifle. I do not think you have to spend the entire mag on it.. I just did a burst fire tap.. This was the way I did it and I got each of them to work with the proper code sequence. Not really sure if the armor is absolutely mandatory.

Try a pulse rifle. I was just having the exact same problem and noticed three round bursts worked (a bit inconsistently) on an SMG. I switched to No Time to Explain and it worked every burst from anywhere in the room. Hope that helps!

Wasn’t working for me. Got two LS puzzles to work. Kept going to orbit and repeating Archer’s Line and Hellmouth. Found this thread. I don’t know what actually helped. I switched to all Dreambane Armour, but I suspect it was the spamming and patience with my SMG (Ikelos, so not seasonal) that worked. Don’t just hold down the trigger or you’ll run out of ammo like I did once! Fire in bursts. Then when the chest doesn’t appear I did what others said and shot the wall. Top symbol to match seems like a good idea! I usually spammed the most recent one that solved the puzzle, figuring I could rotate back through if it changed things. (I also backed up and reapproached, but that’s probably also cosmetic. Reminds me of the dances and rituals guardians would do back in the day trying to get gjallahorn from the secret chests). We’ve been Bungied!

Like most of you, I’m here for the same reason. Tried out changing mods and armour and all sorts of guns. And now I should have tried this with other weapons I found the Extraordinary Rendition smg was a one shot button trigger. Here’s the catch, with the K1 Communion puzzle I noticed that I had to stand on the metal grated floor in front of the puzzle. Not on the dirt. Not way in the back and not way up close. Idk why. But when I stood on the metal flooring it worked perfect and the chest did spawn about 7 seconds after I finished. Hope this helps anyone

I tried to do this quest today...and same epic fail as others reported. I went in with basic armor and tried scout, SMG, auto rifle. Had the code fail to spawn the chest and once fail to progress completely. This is a shame as at this point in the season, exotic quests and cleaning up old quests keep me playing. Please fix, Bungie.

Update: auto rifle (Gnawing Hunger) worked, though it required most of a magazine to trip each switch. Took ~5 sec for the chest to appear. Tried SMG (Extraordinary Rendition); roughly same effort to trigger a switch, though in this case (K1 Logistics) the chest appeared immediately. Update 2: after entering the code in K1 Crew Quarters, the chest didn't appear. I waited a while then retried. Second attempt did the same thing. After waiting for a bit, I started shooting the center tile with my auto rifle, and the chest finally triggered. 1 답변I’m trying to do the puzzle in K1 Logostics as I write this. Having the same issue as everyone else. However I found that when i use any season of the chosen weapons it works fine.

4 답변@BngHelp7 while I did experience this issue tonight trying to help a friend get Xenophage we discovered a workaround for the time being. It appears that the puzzles will sometimes not register a single shot but if you shoot a tile with sustained fire (like 2-4 shots) it will cause the puzzle to register the hit and change the tiles. After we learned this we did all 4 lost sectors in a row with 0 issues. I don't have a video unfortunately but for anyone else having the issue try shooting the tiles (with an automatic weapon and sustained fire) until you can actually see the puzzle change, that's what worked for us.

1 답변Same issue as everyone else. I completed the Archer's Line Lost Sector several times using different guns for the puzzle each time to include the SMG. I pressed to the other sectors hoping for a trigger but same problem. How long has Bungie been aware of this? I understand they need time to fix it, I just don't want to waste my time.

1 답변Having the same issue here too. Clearly this quest is broken. And yet I've seen no reply at all from Bungie on even acknowledging the problem! I strongly suggest dropping this game and trying out Valheim! It's in beta but still works LOADS better than Destiny. Maybe if we stop giving Bungie money they'll get off their asses and look at the issue.

2 답변Yea it’s still bugged for some reason. Kinda wanted to do it to have it for raid boss. Got all the symbols the same but they won’t disappear and spawn the chest.

1 답변This is so incredibly awful of a quest. Nothing works in it. Gotten 1 sector puzzle to work, the others dont. I have done some idiotic things for quests in games but this is a complete dumpster fire trash ass quest. Great work as always bung

7 답변I just finished it, i had the same problems but i just took my lmg and shot it until it changed and that worked. then the chest takes forever to spawn so just wait
