The video explains it but in short trials needs a skill based matchmaking instead. So lower skill players are not matching 100+ weekly flawless players who stomp them every game (speaking from experience...) Its a competitive playlist, both teams should be on equal ground. Matching teams leagues above us in skill makes us want to leave. I use examples in the video to show how unbalanced it is. Please look into making changes to this bungie 🙏
