10 답변For PC players, the Stability stat has been basically irrelevant since forever. Buffing the stability on console to PC levels would just mean that Stability would become an irrelevant stat on both PC and console. Increasing recoil on PC closes the gap in preparation for Crossplay and also forces PC players to actually consider the stability stat on weapons now.

1 답변Oh come on y'all, let's not pretend that being able to use an smg like a sniper wasn't ridiculous. And "camera movement" (not sure why Bungie keeps switching between stability/recoil/camera movement) is also getting reduced for controller and MnK.

1 답변They just admitted game was much easier on pc. Few day one raids to late. Better late than never. Those of us that play both already knew this.

22 답변I don't recall seeing anybody asking for a recoil reduction on console at all. I do recall seeing countless people saying it's unfair how pc don't get as much recoil though. Yet another example of faux forum rage.

14 답변작성자: Dubufu 1/30/2021 4:55:53 AMThis is why nobody on the devteam takes the forums seriously. Everybody thinks they have the final say or speaks for everyone. You don't. These changes are not only necessary for crossplay, but means that your stat rolls on guns will have to be less focused on range because you have no recoil on PC. They want you to care about stability. Boo hoo. Now you actually have to manage recoil direction low everyone else. Vouching for better recoil direction on console is a completely braindead opinion devoid of all the variables of how that would actually work ingame Really? You want laser beam handcannons on console? Auto's that are are even more easy to control? All that mixed in with high aim assist? Wow, I cannot believe that this community would ever vouch for such a thing. Most guns on console are already controllable due to a number of recoil changes made in past seasons. SMG's were the only outlier and they are fixing it. The better option was to provide buffs wherever necessary, and create an even playing field in terms of recoil.

24 답변Have to feel bad for vicarious visions. they made an outstanding pc port for this game, better than the original which is RARE for ported-out games, just for Bungie to completely demolish the optimization and now mess with the gunplay they introduced. So out of touch it's unbelievable. Worst part is people on here are defending it. Game just gets worse wnd worse

I don't have a lot of opinions about this. But when I'm in doubt, I follow my 6th sense, your gut feeling. I was a PC player a long time ago. I'm a Family Man now, so I just stick to consoles now for less maintenance. Got no time when you're juggling 3 things in life. Anyways, I used to play in PC a long time ago. I just wanna shout it out that the PC gaming crowd is the underground hoodlums of the industry. When they announced PC is coming to Destiny, I instantly knew what was gonna happen before it even happened. I told this to my clan. This sh°t is gonna go down bad. I mean, it will shake up this game in a bad way. When they announced the game to have F2P elements, I said to them, "Here we go!" This is gonna go bad in PC. I said, once you open that door, get ready to be invaded. And here we are. Now we are in this crossroad again. Crossplay! I don't know much about this technology yet, it's kinda new. So I can't contribute much to this. I've been reading your responses here. Some have experienced it. Some have bad expectations that something bad or drastic might happen to the game. All I can say is, with the PC crowd in the mix. Yeah, something bad will always happen with these underground hoodlums. I have nothing to say in this except yes, you are probably correct. This is bad juju. With the PC crowd, something bad always happens. Always! One day you will all come back to this post and say, "We were right, we told you this would happen!" With the PC crowd, it probably will.

At first I thought this was completely wrong. I don't want a no recoil world in Destiny. That is still true but yesterday I went and played a little D1. OMG the weapons there on console are night and day better. It is so very sad how much worse this game is than the one before it. Guess there is merit to the notion of the sophomore slump.

1 답변작성자: $hirtless Captain Kirk 1/31/2021 11:32:45 AMBetter bet for Bungie is just drop support for the PC version that vicarious visions made, is littered with hacks bots and cheats, and represents a very small portion of players.

5 답변I'm a little tired today. So I'm gonna give it a short version. Here's what's happening. D1 - Beloved D2 - Hated D3 - Aborted ☝😂 Activision must be loving this sh°t show now that they're just watching this unfold, eh?... I quit months ago, just watching in the sidelines and I'm having a blast! Aight, I'ma come back later when I'm rested. Peace!

-shrug- Consoles will always be inferior to PC's honestly. Reducing the recoil on PC won't stop it being more precise on PC. You wanna play on console fine. But accept you're going to be a step behind one way or another. That's why controller gets given absurd levels of aim assist. Which I understand the need for (even if I don't like it as a concept as it removes the idea of having skill). That's the only balance you can hope for. Higher Aim assist on Controller vs Higher Precision on MnK. They could remove aim assist on PC al-together but unfortunately without it shots don't land as intended to targets. I've tested that before and it's shocking how much more your bullets miss when you don't have the aim assist / bullet magnetism in play. The only other Big elephant in the room for a PvP standpoint is the cheating rampancy on PC. I feel for ya'll on console I honestly do. Good luck to you. Bungie haven't got any form of solid anti cheat at all so we're all screwed there.
