Triumphs Dreaming City
In my bungie profile I get that I have the triumph of the ascending challenges, but within the game I do not see that I have it completed, and on the other hand the challenge "O Grave Robber Mine" cannot be completed because the bones have been removed from ahamkara, and I had 3 to complete.

However, these are issues being investigated where the triumph is not being counted.
