Why was I restricted from crucible?
Hi I was playing trials last weekend and when I was done I switched characters and could not go to the lighthouse. It says I have been restricted from matchmaking. I appealed this, and requested a reason why this happened, with no response. I have not received any emails or a reason why I was banned/ restricted and it doesn't say how long. I was not cheating and my connection is good. I am on ps5 BTW. PLEASE HELP
