Are any of them gamesharing? Did any of them activate Cross Save after purchasing the Beyond Light expansion? Are you sure they all actually bought the Standard + Season Edition bundle, and not the Standard Edition and Season Pass separately?

  • That is potentially the issue, yes. Season Passes are bound to the characters that log in first after purchasing them (even if no actual characters exist on that account yet), so if the DLC was purchased on account 1, then that account logged into the game, and after that Cross Save was enabled with account 2 as the active set, the pass became bound to the characters that are inaccessible instead of the characters being used.

  • I purchased the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition for my friend this past week on PC and he did this same mistake. Installed the game on his PC and launched a brand new account. Closed out game without creating characters. Then enabled CrossSave and brought his xbox characters to PC. We tried to do Presage and it comes up saying he doesnt have Season pass, even though he got all the bonus deluxe stuff like no time + ornament + etc. It wants him to buy the season pass to give us access to past season from beyond light was well as future. First off he owns it (I paid for it) is there a way remedy this issue on the account on bungie side? On the flip side when he selects purchase season pass to get access to presage it takes him to a steam popup and when he goes to purchase it says he already owns Deluxe season pass + Beyond light and that his steam account will not get a second copy.   • I apologize, but the answer that Pyro gave you is correct. Bungie cannot transfer Season Passes to another account, and refunding a bundle that includes Season Passes and trying to buy it again will not not give you the Season Passes the second time around. The only options your friend has at this point is to buy the Deluxe Edition on Xbox or disable Cross Save and start over by creating new characters on his Steam account.

  • So if he goes ahead and disables Cross Save. He can just make a fresh character on Steam. Have the season pass as well as the DLC etc, no issues.

  • Correct. He just wouldn't have anything from his Xbox characters so he'd be starting from scratch.
