With recent triumphs and bounties it's made it even more of an issue for me of trying to tell what is an elite and what is a boss. It is very hard to tell the difference between the health bar colors; orange and yellow-orange are so hard to tell apart, and I have good vision and monitor. I can't imagine how it is for anyone colorblind, as the options don't seem to cover this. Having an icon next to the name also isn't consistent as it seems large elites also have them. Maybe I am missing something but it really should be way, way more obvious and leave absolutely no doubt as to the difference at a glance.
