Well it's kinda up to the Guardian in question We don't really need to sleep, we store all our belongings in the vault so we don't need storage, and we have a ramen shop in the tower So while we don't need a home, it's up to said Guardian if he/she/it wants to buy a place

If you go on top of the little bridge area above hawthorne you can jump to a balcony where ghost talks about Ikora’s studies or something. That is probably her apartment, I would say.
