Bungie does not need to remove a post if they don't want to answer it. They just don't answer a post. Also, the reason that is displayed is always "Disrespect/Hate Speech", not just "Hate Speech". We pick the exact same reasons for bans as you can pick when reporting a post. Speaking generally, if your post was not Hate Speech (and it likely wasn't because we usually apply immediate lengthy bans for Hate Speech and you wouldn't be able to post), then your post was Disrespectful. I don't think I need to explain what Disrespect is but just to make a few things clear: - offending any Employee or calling for them to be fired in any way is disrespectful and will be removed - using slurs to address Bungie is disrespectful and will be removed (and usually, circumventing the filter for certain offensive words also falls under the Evasion Rule) - even if you feel that someone (including Bungie) does not respect you, you are not free to disrespect anyone in return Of course this isn't an exhaustive list and there's more to the rule of "Disrespect". The best way to receive an answer from anyone is to stay polite and friendly to them or as we say "Be kind to each other".
