1 답변People must STOP grinding for weapons and gear, and bungie magically will revert this shitty sunsetting. It is obvious like 2+2=4.

2 답변How about some more damn sources for ascendent shards. Someone who plays solo can only get them from the season pass or from banshee. My armor gets sunset and I get rid of it and all I get is 6 cores and 6 prisms. How about we get rid of sunsetting all together. The fact that we have to bring back D1 weapons because bungie sunset to many is pathetic. Don’t give me wrong I love palindrome. It just needs to be left behind. This is supposed to be a sequel. My main issue with sunsetting is that the time and effort that is put into making the loot is basically useless. Think of what the developers who made the shadowkeep weapons or the dreaming city weapons. Why should I work and make a good looking weapon if it’s gonna become irrelevant in a year. If I was a developer I would be furious because the work I put in has become worthless. Forsaken was IMO the best expansion in the series but they ruined it by making the loot worthless. Valuable work was put in to make gear only for it to be made irrelevant. Now we are back to square one again.

1 답변Especially with the transmog system coming next year. We spend all that time getting the perfect stat layout for our playstyle, masterworking the pieces, and then we have to scrap them. Weapon sunsetting is fine, but armor takes a considerable amount of invested time only to be thrown out because reasons.

13 답변Until gear matters again I'm not interested in grinding or playing end game content. Thankfully I didn't pay for beyond light and got it as a gamepass game. The money goes to Microsoft and not bungie so it's a win-win.

1 답변Armor sunsetting is a little odd given some of the recent decisions made about armor mods, however, many of the changes make armor sunsetting significantly less of an issue. A single armor set is enough to last an entire year without needing to worry about elemental affinity for the mostpart, even then, you can simply have one armor set of each element for the year and you're set. The new system is so much easier to manage armor and only keep what you need to use. Especially after we get transmog, maintining sets of armor will be almost trivial. I would like to see Bungie address armor sunsetting specifically. I personally like weapon sunsetting and am enjoying rotating through new weapons without feeling like I'm not using the current meta. I anticipated armor sunsetting would accomplish a similar goal with having certain mods come in and out of rotation, but with the new mod system, while I think the changes will help the game overall, it makes armor sunsetting seem a bit more meaningless. TL;DR I understand the frustration, but it is easier than ever to manage armor sets, if I have to get a new set each year, that's not a big deal.

4 답변I guess Bungie thinks it’s the only way to get us to care about new armor sets each yearly expansion

8 답변I had 6 pieces that need replacing for next season... found 5 good substitutes but mastereorking them all wiped me out

작성자: Olórin 12/14/2020 10:02:55 AMWeapon sunsetting annoys me but i just look out and keep rolls that suit crucible and will still be usable after the weapon has reached its final stage in PvE. Armour is the one that takes the cake, it wouldn't be TOO bad if they allowed us to grab stat rolls that are at least higher than 60 so we can replace our current gear easier but nope, they want to keep that hamster wheel running at full speed. I dislike sunsetting in general, all of these great weapons just gone and it no longer provides variety in a players arsenal anymore. New weapons are welcome but its devastating when they say stupid shit like 'making content is hard' and then decide to gut out all these great weapons, contradiction in the highest form. But i have a feeling sunsetting will be something Bungie will be adamant in defending regardless of the players opinions on the matter, its a difficult task to Adapt to but for now it's something the playerbase will just have to deal with, even if its an annoyance. On the plus side, the great thing is the load times but again, they couldve removed larger, useless pieces of content and kept the gear and weapons within the loot pool at least so that there's at least some variety.

1 답변This could all be satiated if they make the armor drop with rolls between 60-80 instead of what we have now. That, or just let us choose where we want the stats on our armor.
