12 답변Don't thank them. They took from the game, gave it back at half and they get thanked? The problem with the world. Know what they should get thanked for? When they buff warlock classes all around. Novabomb is terrible. It fly's around and blows up on a wall 99.9% of the time. People can be literally 10 feet when you cast it. They can kill you, run and still get away. Yet a hunter super can go across the map, you instantly die and it leaves behind a tornado that chases people and covers up 90% of a room. Warlocks dawn blade lights peoples ass on fire all the time and they don't die. Warlock storm caller takes 2-3 seconds to kill someone you are shocking. It takes one swipe from a hunter bladedance, even if you are in a super. Until bungie fixes these major issues. Don't thank them. They don't deserve to be thanked. They need to balance the game properly. It's 6 years in the making and they still can't balance the game.

3 답변I [i]honestly[/i] don’t know why people are complaining about the nerf. It’s still a free freeze (which is a free neutral win), it still tracks and hits targets on its own, and still does so at a reasonable range. I tried it myself and I don’t see how people suddenly just had such a hard time using it. I’m not even a shotgunner, and it still hits me frequently enough to invalidate a gunfight I’m in, as if this game doesn’t already have enough things that do that. And what’s more, they actually [i]listened[/i] to the complaints about the nerf. I can’t be alone on this island.

1 답변It didn't need the buff. And that's coming from someone who secondaries Warlock. Whenever I go into PvP, I just slap on Claws of Ahamkara with Monte Carlo and the amount of just free kills I get with the melee STILL is ridiculous. It doesn't reward you for good play, it just straight up punishes your opponents for even daring to challenge you closer than mid-range. It's not hard to land, and the reward for landing the freeze greatly outweighs the risk and skill required. You literally just have to not try to snipe with it like you used to be able to. Not to mention, the aspect that sends out a freezing seeker can straight up help you chain kills with it as well. I guess the one place this buff was needed would be PvE, but even then? It wasn't needed at all.

12 답변I honestly can’t believe all the stupid hunters and titans in here saying that the warlock melee is still broken. It is very balanced. The range buff is to make it more consistent. Where warlocks surpass other classes with freezing they lack in shattering. Both other classes can shatter in an instant which allows for some crazy plays that a warlock can’t do.

41 답변This is awful and the nerf (for once) should've stayed to warlocks. A 28 foot melee insta-kill in pvp??? Hell no. I'll be here to say the nerf will be reinstated soon afterwards.

7 답변In pve 2000% In crucible? They should remove stasis and castrate anyone who uses it. ESPECIALLY in mayhem rumble. That’s almost as bad as people using tether.

12 답변Those complaining about this, you have no idea how frustrating it is for there to be no range. You are either too far to where the ice orbs explode or you are too close to it just being a standard melee hit.

The simple approach to nerf the melee that they should have done last time, is 15m instant freeze, and have the projectile continue further past that and provide a slow indefinitely. But having it break apart at 16m with the target 17m away is just painful.
