Prime Rewards not dropping despite Twitch/Xbox/Prime/Bungie account linkage.
Hello Bungie,
I recently discovered the Prime Gaming Rewards feature. My friend and I both went through the linkage and rewards claim process. We both claimed Offer 10 and Offer 11. Theirs dropped at Amanda, and shows in their Partner Rewards history. Mine didn't, although both our accounts show the offers as "Claimed" on the Prime side of things. The Prime Games rep said the only way to fix the issue is reach out to you here and hope for a message response to address the issue.
How do I go about fixing this?

Hello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]?
