I've already posted about this problem, but I got no solutions. I am once again trying to understand why my prime gaming rewards are not showing up in game or in my partner rewards page.
Yes, I've already checked that my Twitch prime account is linked to my bungie account, all rewards say claimed, and yet nothing shows up here or in game.
I only have this one bungie account and only one twitch prime account, could someone help me understand why I haven't gotten any rewards? I've attached an imgur album to this post.
For further clarification, at the time I claimed these rewards I had not played the game yet.
Is there anyway I could get these rewards? Or are they gone now?
Edit: Amanda Holiday doesn't have anything for me, just ships.

Well, it has been over a week since I made this post, and I've yet to be given an answer. If you're here looking for one, I'm sorry about that. The lack of any kind of actual support is unacceptable, and I'm very disappointed with this service. Only solution I have is to move on, as prime rewards are items that can be obtained in-game (albeit with a little grinding). If I ever get any actual solution, I'll update this thread, but for now all I can say is happy hunting and good luck!

Step 2: Follow the re-link URL to update your account link.
