Destiny does not recognise my pre-ordered Beyond light expansion anymore after one day and i can't play any Campaign
Beyond light does not recognise my new paid, pre-ordered and installed expansion after one day, and since that i can't play any Campaign anymore, if i go to the location the mission is blocked and if i click the item, it reads " requires Destiny 2 beyond light" ?!?!
On launch day, i was able to play a little piece of "The new Kell' campaign mission, until the game crashed and i had to reboot and could not get back in again. waited until the next day, hoping it would be fixed, but that it wasn't & still isn't.
I bought the Beyond light expansion in the online store on my XboxOne for 39,99 euro, and it verify's that when you click it again.
Also can you see on my companion app in game history, that i played it already.
I was really looking forward to the new campaign and the rest of the expansion, but after 4 days i still can't do anything , but pointlessly jump around, in the public area's on Europa, imagining what things like "stasis" might look and feel like.
This is not a desirable outcome at all.
I really hope Bungie, that you will read and answer this Topic, and provide a solution ASAP, because this is starting to get really annoying.
While reading your Help forum and FAQ and on REDDIT, i encountered more topics with other people with this same issue, so i am not the only one with this problem.
Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
