So I purchased the taken king dlc way back in 2015 on xbox one and go back to play it recently and destiny had decided I now no longer own it despite having all the gear from the raid and expansion. I've got the reciebts and purchase numbers which were directly from my xbox one and contacted microsoft and Xbox already. Xbox tried to trouble shoot to no success and we tried a ton of different things to try to get it to show up. Microsoft help suggested asking for a refund which other microsoft help denied since it's 5 year old digital content. I understand not getting a refund but I still don't have the content I paid for regardless of how long ago it was. What's even weirder is I can equip and use armor and weapons from the DLC but not emotes, emblems and the collector's edition bond. Couldnt find a way to reach out to bungo so doing so here and open to suggestions. Thank you!
