That is a complaint. Do I have to spell it out? They made ONE section of ONE map kinda fun and unique with dynamic weather and you want them to change it. That is not only a complaint, it's an appeal to change the weather in a video game. Get a new hobby if things like that bother you so much. Unless you are 6 years old it's not IMPOSSIBLE to find...in fact, it's not even hard.
