Because watching a lane with snipers and pulses is the most interesting PvP? It’s impossible to pay aggressively against warlocks due to how the melee works, trying to shotgun? Frozen, fusion? Frozen, anywhere within 10 meters? Frozen? It’s the perfect example of an “I win” button, and is completely un-fun to play against. Best counter? Stand back out of the range and just hold lanes. Sure seems fun
