Beyond Light Double Charged
Hey, I can’t find anything on the internet about this, but I paid for the preorder of Beyond Light on Xbox One on June 25th for ~75 USD and Xbox charged me again on the 6th (4 days ago) for the same price. I’ve talked to my bank and only Xbox apparently can fix it. I’ve talked to Xbox , but they say all different things about policy charging 10 days before release or they tried to tell me that my payment was never taken, which I can see from both June 25th, 2020 and November 6th, 2020. Does anyone know how to help?
