Need to change Shipping Address on purchase from Bungie Store
Good Evening,
I am writing because I purchased a Raid Ring back in Aug and have since moved to a new house. I looked through previous help articles and they all pointed me to https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service. When I went to the site in order to change my shipping address I was unable to go get past the captcha challenge to submit my request. I've tried it across multiple browsers and on a mobile device too but no dice. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to keep trying with the captcha verification. Does it offer a sound clip to listen to? Edit: just noticed another post appear so tried it myself and there does seem to be an issue. Not sure if it's in bungies end or the captcha side. Will pass it along to Bungie but as it's very early morning they won't see it for some time.
