Honestly, this is one of those times where you can tell from afar that something is bad. In all the MMOs and looting games I’ve played, I have never seen anyone metaphorically look down the barrel of a gun and shoot itself then say it was a great idea. Hell, other looters flop/do poorly for less issues. Division 2 - Lack of Endgame, Lack of Content, and Lack of Direction Anthem - Connection Issues , Lack of Good/Powerful Loot, Lack of Endgame Content From afar, I only see a few story missions, gear, and bounties for the price of 40-60 USD. Yet, including all the new changes and other content, it doesn’t make up half of the base game which was 60 at release and became free to play. Yet, this game according to Luke Smith wants to be an MMO but I highly doubt he has played any MMOs in entire life. Did you know, you can still vanilla story content in just about every MMO. Honestly, nothing I have seen is worth that price. Hell, I would buy Forsaken and Shadowkeep to play but I know in a year or two they’ll remove one of those for the same dumb -blam!-ing reason. They’d be better off making an actual Destiny 3 and include a remaster of D1 and D2 content conceptually like Battlefield’s Game Selection.

14 답변I dislike the game. I've quite easily reviewed things in it from bad to mediocre at its best. I got BL for free. I expect it to meet that bad expectation. Now that they've publicly admitted you're paying more than Forsaken for less content I wouldn't tell anyone to buy this. Keep your money and read actual reviews outside of the fanboys who will do nothing but praise anything they're given. If you decide its worth it go ahead and buy it, but to me it will never be worth that price point.

Great. *slow clap* What people are disgusted by and you should too is the lack of...everything that makes the game worth playing for most of us...loot. Guardians are wondering wth bungie is wasting time with dynamic weather and not refreshing vendors? Why they havent replaced core playlist content and crucible maps in a major way before taking out strikes, gambit modes and pvp maps. Why are they sun setting when there isnt a plethora of new chase gear and vendor stuff available. Its lazy thoughtless tone def development. But yeah let's clap for 3 hours of content and a horde mode or seasonal mission rotator. Woot woot

81 답변To be honest, anyone ripping on it has a right to knowing this company's track record sticks out like a sour thumb. Sure, it will have something's that are new and fun about it, but let's be honest here. The basic content they are adding is the exact same content they have been adding for 6 years and this expansion is not going to be the size of Forsaken. What that tells me is, there isn't going to be really anything to do other than the norm, running the artificial grind that is most likely going to be worse than it has been. Do you know this has been said many times "wait and see"? A lot of us have been waiting for 3 years, when does this company stop toying with the player base and start creating an actual game?

They are masters at creating hype but weak at delivering accordingly.

8 답변When a person boots up Beyond Light: The strike playlist will have 1 new strike to it. There will be no updates to the weapons associated with this vendor. Crucible will have no new maps or weapons. It will be exactly the same as it is right now except with sandbox changes. They are adding adept weapons to Trials. There will be two new flashpoint areas. Cosmodrone and Europa. Everything else is exactly the same. Gambit has no new maps or loot. Once the changes are experienced, it will likely be ignored by everyone who already ignores it. This means once the campaign is finished, pretty much everything is just going to retread areas. Wrathborn Hunts? I would assume these are just nightmare hunts in the Dreaming City. Season Mission? Likely busy work in lost sectors and patrols we have been doing for years. Iron Banner on no new maps. The only thing BL has going for it is the raid and Europa's secrets. Not even the loot is appealing because it will likely just be a lot of reissuing of old, sunset gear.

If you want intelligent criticism, a less toxic environment, and a massive player base represented, then head over to Reddit. Bungie forums are hilarious. I come here just to laugh at all the toxic, whiney kids crying hard. I remember D1 year one where the popular topics on here were how Destiny was a terrible game and will die within the year. Hahaha. Nothing has changed. Same toxic atmosphere. Go to reddit.

7 답변From everything we've seen so far, hunters will still be the most broken thing in all aspects of the game. So I hate it, and soon every non hunter will hate it as well. Hmm maybe not EVERY. I'm sure there will be some starry eyed folks that will be in absolute awe.

The Destiny addicts will complain like hell, while grinding it 24/7. Then you have the PvP crybabies who will bash the Crucible because they can't get 30-1 kills every match. Then complain about all the new abilities and weapons. Basically, nothing new.

Even with all of the openly acknowledged changes coming, none of them revolve revamping or updating long out dated systems of gameplay but instead are just removing a bunch of content and further breaking PvP. I’ll take my prior experiences over naive optimism and trust any day. I’m going in with zero expectations so I won’t be dissatisfied again like all those other hyped DLC’s that led us to where we are today.

1 답변Yes but that implies I would have to buy it, and it’s not like I can get my money back should I hate it, once the decision has been made it’s a commitment. I canceled my preorder some time ago because like a dumbo I purchased the moment it was available. I like the game to a degree, but I feel I’ve been burned far too many times with this same game. Now it’s gotten to a point where there is no reason for me to go out and grind for gear because that’s all it is now a grind fest and then said gear/weapons will get sunset sometime later. These are my opinions and i wishes to voice them here, I’d probably wait to see if there is ever a deal for the expansion sometime later.
