It’s almost like Bungie doesn’t listen to their player base... at all
Seriously. All I see are forums against Bungie. Even if you type into google:
“Why is Destiny 2...”
The first things to come up are “so bad?” “So slow?” “So boring?” “So expensive?” Etc.
Same thing if you type “why is Bungie...”
It’ll say “so greedy?” or “so stupid?” Etc. Do they not realize no one likes how they’re running things? Or are they just generally super stupid and ignorant? Or do they just not care and want our money?
It’s really weird because usually game developers try to listen to their player base because, well, that’s who buys their stuff. Not to mention their ideas like “you play our game the way we want” which are totally unrealistic and stupid.

2 답변Part of the problem is the forum is a very small part of the playerbase. We are the small community of destiny gaming politics, here we have radical ideas that will never effect a thing. Bungie listens, but only to streamers.

The reason most results are negative is people are much more likely to take to the internet to complain about something than they are to compliment something. The people who enjoy what bungie are doing tend to keep quiet and people forget they exist, so when people research the game, all they see is complaints.

We’ve got 2 bases of thought: Those that follow the influencers (well used name) and have enough friends to enjoy Destiny, and those that may have to use LFG to fill in some blanks to achieve that same result, or go beyond what is “easy”. The avenues won’t change. Wanna see “negative” feedback? Forums. “Positive”? Reddit etc. It’s always just a battle of minority opinion. What I see Bungie is trying to make a simple system more difficult and unrewarding in time and or gameplay. The extremes are always at play

2 답변Their philosophy is "Money, money, MONEY!" The only way to even remotely affect them is to not give them money. If enough people refuse and they start losing money, [i]then[/i] they'll care. What I'm getting at is, if we want change, then we need to rebel. I'm sick and tired of playing into their hands with this seasonal BS.

Almost? They dont listen to the playerbase and furthermore they do not respect player time / investment... why else knowingly allow players to grind stuff for months then a week or two before launch, they trash all the players efforts.

They're listening to their wallet, that's it. They give these canned auto-reply answers to everything that mean absolutely nothing. They "fix" everything that's in the player's favor, while continuously taking away more and more things from us, then charge us to get them. It's really bad.

2 답변Then I guess when Bungie makes any update to the game correcting a criticism of the community it is just pure coincidence. Because obviously if Bungie isn’t giving you everything you want, then they’re giving you nothing you want.

They don't they have a vision and they are convinced their vision is better than our feedback. The Destiny community is all bark but no bite, despite the fact that they take paid content away, they take some of our favorite maps and everyone is hyped for the next installment that will disappoint us thoroughly because most of the work went into the customization system and not into the content. As I said, all bark and no bite because i am hyped AF :-D

Its funny. Comparatively recently a GI Joe game was really really bad upon release. They saw a ton of the people reviewing it bad and sent out a ton of things asking for feedback directly with the players so they can improve it. Bungie however listens to a small group that their lively hood depends on Destiny and then the endless blind praise. Making improvements nigh impossible.

Who ever is running the show is actually laughing at you guys who keep posting here about this crap and pissing their pants as you go paying full price for content that’s just an artificial grind that’s been present since D2 was made. Understand this, you won’t be able to play the way you want in this game, not unless bungie has it in “their” current meta. And 50$ for that trash? You kidding? I’d rather pay 50$ to grind my nuts on a -blam!-.
