Cannot claim
I cannot claim the Exclusive Emblem 'Sunset' even though I have a triumph score greater that 12,500.
My triumph score is 24,050 it will still not allow me to claim the emblem because the option to claim is grayed out as you can see in the links below. I have tried contacting bungie help through Eververse help but they emailed me back telling me to get help here. I have no idea on what I am supposed to do in order to claim this item. Please Help, Thank You.

1 답변Hey there! You will need to claim the triumph first. Once the triumph has been claimed in the MMXX Seal, go to Bungie Rewards to claim the emblem. After that, log out of Destiny and log back in. Go to Collections > Flair > General to acquire the emblem. Please note that the emblem rewards are switched. So, you were given [i]Eclipsed Sunset[/i] rather than [i]Sunset[/i]. In order to get [i]Sunset[/i], you will need to obtain a triumph score of 50,000.
