Shadowkeep progress stuck and no weekly challenges shown
Hello.
I've been playing Shadowkeep earlier on my Titan this year and I encountered a bug where, as my memory recollects, I cannot find my Shadowkeep quest anywhere. Not in the postmaster, not in Eris's quest inventory, not anywhere.
I do not recall having completed Beyond nor having seen the end-of-campaign cinematic, but I do have cleansed the armor essences prerequisite to Beyond. My campaign progress appears to be stuck on "In the Deep".
Strangely, I have "Memory of Sai Mota" in my inventory that is thought to be available [i]only after[/i] completing the Shadowkeep campaign. But I cannot unlock the quest for Deathbringer for it requires the Unknown Artifact from Beyond.
Also, I cannot see any weekly challenges in Strikes/Gambit/Crucible in the Director despite having not played for months. I tried logging in today to see if things have changed, but they have not.

Your Titan completed the Shadowkeep campaign on Oct 3rd 2019, with the completion of the Beyond story mission. You are correct that the Memory of Sai Mota item is only available to pursue after having completed the main story. The mission you are possibly seeing on your Moon map, will be the weekly replayable story mission. If you wish, you can view your game history from within your Bungie profile, to see what missions you’ve played, and when. The reason that you currently cannot access the weekly challenges, is due to your power level being too low. As challenges provide powerful item drops, characters must have reached the current soft cap power level for the challenges to unlock. For this season, the soft cap is 1000 power, without the seasonal artifact bonus. That soft cap will increase when Beyond Light releases.
