So I bought The Taken King on disk when it came out in 2015, played and leveled 2 characters to level 40 by 2017. Now because of work I was offline during the migration on August 1st 2017. I recently got back from working overseas the last few years and tried to boot everything up and setup crosssave but its not showing that I even have the game? I opened destiny and still have the characters but cant get bungie to recognize them on my account. Is there anything i can do to take my characters over to the new game?
