Figured. It’s an ISP issue. Pretty much all recent Baboon error reports have been from Comcast \Xfinity users. You should definitely talk to their tech support team to determine why their services are causing issues. It’s likely related to an update they recently did on their equipment or a faulty hub/substation along the route their connection takes.

It’s not an ISP issue. I’ve been working with them for over a month now to try and fix it and we can’t find anything. I’ve had the advanced support team try to help me the whole time and I’ve had many technicians out to my place. Replaced everything, and nothing worked. It happens even when I go to a friends place who isn’t on Xfinity. It’s a Bungie issue

I think what they mean is it’s an issue between Bungie and our ISP. The issue could stem from network issues or some specific configuration of our ISP’s equipment with their network. I’m okay with it being my modem’s fault, but it would be nice to know so I could fix it, because apparently it’s the same issue as a lot of people are having.

Generally speaking, if it’s a Bungie issue then it will be affecting multiple ISPs indiscriminately. This is currently only really affecting 1 ISP. Thus, the consensus is that it’s an ISP issue to look into. And some ISPs are fairly lazy at taking the initiative to look into matters. It took my ISP nearly a month before they decided to take my complaint seriously...only to find out they had some faulty/old wiring in my area that they needed to replace.
