Here's the final issue: there's no logical explanation for why warlocks and titans would get their class ability from being MOBILE
You kinda get this now? All the class abilities are different, and I think the various cooldowns shouldn't be argued about. Traction and lightweight weapons affect mobility and it just so happens that mobility is the class cooldown of hunters. If there was a recovery version of traction called Band-Aids and a frame called Med-Kit Included that benefitted the class ability of warlocks I wouldn't care, in fact that would make me happy because I'd be able to run perfect triple 100s, not DS modified 100s.
That is kinda the point i was making. I don't want to see a nerf to this. I would just love to see other weapon archetypes directly impact other class cooldowns, and having a powerful mod in a secondary armor slot that was useful as hell in and of itself but also buffed cooldowns for the other characters should be looked at. Again, the issue is 35 stat points can be slotted elsewhere for only one of the classes to not feel the hurt on their class ability. And locks and titans don't have such a utility class ability either, both are very situational, but hell it would be nice to shave off half the cooldown with optimal loading out.
