What if Fatebringer returns with VoG as a kinetic weapon instead of an energy weapon?
There has never been a kinetic hand cannon in D2 that is able to roll with outlaw and dragonfly because dragonfly is only on energy weapons. If Bungie somehow brings Fatebringer back as a kinetic weapon then it would make it one of the most unique hand cannons in the game.
If not, then it’ll just be another outlaw/dragonfly gun in the energy slot with the original arc damage Fatebringer had in D1. It’ll be no different from Nation of Beasts and Ancient Gospel with the same rolls.

2 답변I'm worried they'll do what they've been doing with raid weapons, and give it random rolls. So tired of that tired concept with raid gear. Make the guns have unique rolls. No one whose honest wants to grind for a gun, with a low drop rate, in an activity that can only be done three times a week, that only has the chance of having decent perks. Additional layers of RNG in a limited activity is utter shite.

I am 100% sure that that there will be a failure of some kind when VOG returns... Look at what happened to Trails... they could have brought it back EXACTLY as it was in D1 but they took for -blam!-ing ever because they didn't want to bring it back "HALF BAKED" to bring it back "HALF BAKED" 😉👍 I'd bet VOG will be "HALF BAKED" in some way or another... D1 AGE OF TRIUMPH Had it almost 100% but unfortunately they tried to reinvent the wheel 🤔🤪

I just want Bungie to stop using nostalgia as content. For weapons, it either comes out busted and then nerfed so the community is disappointed or it’s bad to begin with and the community is disappointed. For areas, no changes are made or very little changes are made. If VoG and its loot is the exact same, what’s the point of testing out each individual thing if everyone knows what’s good and what’s bad.

I imagine the guns will stay in the same slot but function much differently, because I really doubt kinetic firefly, explosive rounds as a mag option, 900 RMP autos, glass half full, full auto shotguns, final round, field scout on snipers, or tripod launchers are coming back. But we don't know yet, the weapons could have random traits instead of the static 2, maybe we even get more weapons. Either way I'd like to go back to Venus, but an updated version

Do you really expect Bungie to do more than copy paste? If and I mean if, they bring back the original raid guns, they will be shadows of their former selves... in name only. They were some of the best guns in D1 and Bungie don’t want us to have nice things.... their lack of game design doesn’t allow for “power”.

2 답변They have to make some VoG weapons kinetic. Pinnacle farmers would burn down the forums if most of the VoG drops were energy weapons.

1 답변All the VoG primary's from D1 should be kinetic and have elements just like the did in D1. The Raids need to start having truly unique gear with low drop rates.

Doesn’t all D2 raids have random rolls besides Leviathan? Something tells me they are going to make VOG weapons have random rolls, they better have good pools to pull from and Hezens Vengence better have MIRV mini and Found Verdict better have final round

They'll probably make all of them kinetic with no element, but make adept versions that have elements. The perk could be a version of firefly that procs off of your equipped subclass, kind of like chromatic fire built in, but then they'd have to update that exotics perk, which could be even cooler than what it is now. They BETTER buff scouts before they add my BABY Visions of Confluence back!!!! Or I'm gonna be MAD.

1 답변I “never” got Fatebringer to drop for me in D1. I could only get the sniper rifle over and over and over, every time. I think that’s why I was never too crazy about VoG. I didn’t get Vex either until after it was nerfed into the ground. My buddy got Vex his first run through, and he said he was carried. He always had good luck.

10 답변How about just actual fun and unique legendary raid weapons in general? Remember the WoM auto rifle, or the VOG shotgun, or the Crota auto? So many great guns with unique PvE raid perks.
