Which is badddddddd lol people who achieve top stuff should get top loot. I think the key is that loot making that activity easier, not EVERY activity easier. The challenge always comes with PVP. Hopefully the adept stuff coming does this. Like in Kings fall, I had the Harrowed Quillims Terminus, and if I remember correctly, the hard mode version just added the does more damage to enemies in the raid perk. Which is fine. Got it in the raid, makes running the raid a little easier.
