Through Dreams, Darkly (pt. 2)
Night falls upon the land and wind howls through the mountains, bitter cold against exposed flesh. Within the courtyard before the Witch Queens mansion lies the ruins of a camp. Hide tents, dead fires, and the stiff bodies of men and women from a distant land.
As the new moon rises, the violet runes upon the great doors of the mansion glow brighter. With a hiss and a high pitched ringing, they unseal and slowly swing open. Beyond them lies a small vestibule and another set of doors made from carved white wood. One hangs ajar and wisps of shadowy mists curl around the edges...
[spoiler]Happy Spooky Month. Perfect time for a Haunted House!
Participation in the previous event is not required. You won't be missing out on much, if anything.[/spoiler]

214 답변작성자: Warlock Holmes 10/1/2020 9:24:03 PMSotha Holmes shall walk forward towards the entrance. Before he enters he places a open faced helmet upon his head. The helmet is a shining brass color adorned with a large clockwork crown made of three long metal prongs. He then places a mask upon his face which attaches to the helm. The mask is carved in the snarling visage of a god and a large chin like design extends from it. The eyes of the mask are large many lensed goggles which almost make his glowing red eyes appear to split in many directions like those of a bug. His grey pointed ears extend from under the helm as slots are cut out for them. After all this was a costume party and who doesn’t love a mask. His robes flow dramatically as he walks and the clicking of mechanical armor underneath can be heard. The wizard looks around cautiously. Observing all he can. [spoiler]I wish I could get a better description. I tried drawing the mask but as we can see from the picture, or more lack of picture, I am not a artist. [/spoiler]

Two recurved tusks protrude from the lower part of the mask, like those of a boar, and fangs hang from the lower lips of the mask like that of a snake. It seems to connect perfectly with the smooth form of her pointed crown. And so she will approach, the extravagant garments she wears cleaned from the blood of her fights for the party, yet a peculiar but plain belt still rests around her waist.*
