You do realize that the deadlines that were set were set by bungie themselves and not activision. So bungie not following through, which they had a long history of doing, on deadlines was a breach of their contract.

Bungle was in breach of contract as often as they were fulfilling it, if not more. Activision was shockingly tolerant of this, and hardly the ogre Bungle fanboys want to portray them.

Exactly I was rather shocked by the amount of free passes bungie got, because activision could have quite literally bankrupted and bought bungie for the amount of contract breaches. Don't take this as me defending activision, im simply calling out the bs bungie has been doing for a while now.

Oh, Activision's pretty nasty, but in the case of Destiny, not so much. I think ATVX is pretty close to EA in terms of overall awfulness, but ironically, Bungle seems to think being one of the big boys means competing for that most awful trophy.
