Lets all agree to just play the Matt Helsom tribute quest and not complain for once
The quest is just a tribute and most likely won't be anything ground breaking if that's the case just take it for the Memorial it is and don't give bungie any grief

9 답변1. Regardless of the quest, I'll be playing it. I didn't know the guy, nor ever knew about him and I'll still be doing it to honor his menory 2. What was the goal of this posts... People will complain, they always do and already are. 3. Whilst I personally would have liked a unique weapon/exotic as a refrence to him that keeps going after sunsetting ect as a way of letting him live on... I'll be doing the quest regardless.

6 답변It's not a quest just something you find (Easter egg) and you get a Exotic Cipher from Ana. Cool but so damn sad it got hyped up as a quest, I thought I actually had something fun & interesting to do in game, I guess bit of Lore and Cipher it is.

5 답변Now I made a comment of this on a post, saying I was disappointed because there wasn't really anything memorable about it. At the very least I was hoping to see something like a statue or crest or name or something engraved or even places somewhere like what they did with cayde (ace of spades gun next to zavala) but I was also hoping for like an emblem or gun/armour but knew that wouldn't happen so was more expecting something like what they did with cayde. But all we got was a small context about some dude on Mars who hates flying. But if they went that route they should of made it a piece of lore in the lore pages somewhere but they didn't. So the sad thing is, as a memorial they made a small quest with nothing to permently show anything in game. So anyone who is new or comes back to the game for beyond light will never see this memorial. But still at least they did do something even tho they didn't put anything permanent in game to mark a man who past away who was partners with the company.

2 답변If you recognize the loading screen image location, DON'T GO RIGHT TO IT. Talk to Anna first. I did and likely spoiled the quest. I just got an "Investigate" at that location, nothing else, and then the quest wrap-up from Anna when I went back to her. What did I miss? (don't post spoiler here)

I agree we should take it and respect it but If bungie halfarse like they've been doing it completely disrepecrive to the memory of the person If bungie knock this out the park. Then players can fairly complain where was this quality for the rest of the game. It a hard line to walk for bungie

3 답변It’s sad the community has so little opinion of Bungie’s ability to create content they know the quest will be something that people complain about. Even if it is to honor someone.

Unfortunately, I believe you are asking for a level of maturity and empathy that some people simply are not capable of. Show your respects to the memory of a man so loved by those who knew him that they wanted to publicly honor him this way. I will show mine. Let that be enough.
